Enjoyed the 2 piece haddock with potato pancakes, my friend had clam chowder, perch, German potato salad, dessert and said, great. Enjoyed 5th ward beer. The waitress was very nice and had a clean bathroom, cash only they have an ATM and tell you right away

I had tenderloin steak (medium rare) and shrimp combo. Steak was good–under seasoned but very tender. Shrimp was grilled with garlic butter and served in a separate serving dish. It was good but was drowning in buttery liquid.

Fish was small and dry, overcooked for sure. Cook should not have let it leave the kitchen. Can’t go back and try again, because I found out they pool tips. Servers should keep their tips. Especially when she did a good job trying to make it right. Disappointed all around

The Sherman house has a nice atmosphere. However when I ordered the pan fried walleye, it was so oily I couldn’t even taste the actual fish. Great place for drinks.

Came to Moshkosh for a metal concert. This place was right across from the venue so we stopped in. Just so happened it was the only day they are open. Everyone working there was family. It was awesome to see. Great food, great service, and fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are ever in Oshkosh on a Friday.

Very good experience..the place was clean as a whistle..old fashioned wasmuddled and well made..pint of beer was cold and served in a chilled glass..server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu..we had the beer battered shrimp and Haddock..seafood was very fresh tasting and tge batter was nice and light..had the onion rings too..real onions..sweet and crispy..served with a crispr vinegar slaw and a rye roll..overall a great experience..will be back for sure..
