Consistently the worst Habit Burger. Do no order online! They never follow instructions. Items are always missing. The quality if the product is poor. Sandwiches soaked in sauces, ciabatta is soggy and cold. I’ve ever tried asking for sauce on the side. 5/5 times they didn’t. Almost intentional. How else is the sandwich floating in the container. I don’t trust eating it.

From the outside, I didn’t realize it was a counter service/fast food restaurant. I also was not impressed with the double char cheese burger, the bun was squashed and soggy from the sauce and veggies. The avocado in the Santa Barbara Char was not detectable. Mango shake didn’t have much mango flavor. The green bean tempura was good though.

I just today had the opportunity to visit this burger joint in the South center Tuwkila area. I had seen reviews on this place on Goggle Map Reviews, and for most part, many happy with the food. So thought I’d give them a try. I was happy with what I ordered. Which was a Crispy Chicken Sandwich on grilled sourdough it had nice green lettuce, tomatoes, and nice and crisp, but tender white chicken meat. I also liked the fries, I believe they are frying in peanut oil, which gives them a crispy exterior, but moist inside. BEST fries for fast food I’ve had in some time. The staff was pleasant, and were busy keeping things moving very efficiently. I loved the food, service, and nice decor of the place. Pictures to follow! And milkshakes looked great, did not get a milkshake, but many were ordering them.

After reading the reviews for this place I decided to try them for the first time and unfortunately they dropped the ball. I ordered through UberEATS and received both burgers with shredded lettuce that was mixed with the barbecue sauce even though it was ordered with NO LETTUCE on the app and also on the ticket upon delivery. Unfortunately this really changed the quality and taste of the burgers because even picking the lettuce off the burgers there was no barbecue sauce left and changed the quality and taste of the barbecue bacon cheese burgers. At least the sweet potato fries were good!

My co worker recommended this place to me, so I went and checked it out. Today was my first time going to this burger joint and it will be my last time coming here ever. The cashier looked like she was on something, very rude, inattentive, and unfriendly. I even greeted her and she ignored me and turned around to threw a freaking fries at the kitchen staff. She did not asked me what I wanted to order, I had to initiate the order myself. She entered it wrong and I repeated it again. My card got declined, which I should have taken that as a sign from GOD to take my money elsewhere, but no, I wanted to give them a second chance. I used another card and it went thru. She handed me the receipt and did not say thank you, so I took the receipt and walked away. No respect for the customer at all. I left a survey on Habit website, but I doubt they will do anything about it. The portion size is small for the price and flavor is pretty bland.
