Holy Cow…… this place is awesome.
The food is very tasty and flavorful. The portion size is good and prices are decent. We didn’t have too long of a wait even while they were busy. Ill definitely be returning.
Located in the Henry’s Depot Food Court in Sanford, this seafood counter service is scrumptious and well priced! Offerings include shrimp scampi , steamed clams, lobster roll and peel & eat shrimp among others. Highly recommend!
Decided to give it a try since we were in the mood for seafood. Found out that they have a shrimp burger and sounded very good. They are inside Henry’s Depot in Historic Sanford and it is a nice area.
The grouper sandwich is inconsistent. Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. I dont normally say anything when it is bad but today was awful. Its almost like they tried using a different peice of fish or brand. Or it was just a really bad peice that should of never been served to a customer. Also the fried shrimp was like little peices of flavorless rubber. I tried to call for a refund but there is no way to reach them without driving back. Unfortunetly I Will be taking a break from them for awhile.
Amazing food. I would highly recommend. Yes, slightly pricey, but the food is fantastic. I got the lobster roll and was in heaven the whole meal. Super friendly staff and very clean facility. They seem to take pride in the customer service and quality experience. Stop here for sure. Absolutely worth it.
Checked the place online and read some strangely negative reviews related to service but I really wanted to give the place a try. And it was worth it! Service was pleasant, and super fast on a Saturday afternoon, and the food came out relatively quickly. We ordered two Mahi Mahi Sandwiches that were to die for. Deliciously prepared, moist and exquisite. Yes, it was expensive but considering the quality of the meal, the presentation and the location inside the Depot we will be back for more within a week. The menu changes daily but when you approach the counter, you’ll find yourself making a decision not to loose the chance to eat their food. Salivating just remembering our lunch…
Owner has a very disgusting attitude, refused to take my order while standing in front of him, never acknowledged that I was there. Shortly after being there for 5 mins a Caucasian woman walked up behind me, he ran over to take her order I’m literally sitting in my car hurt because I love the food here but I will not take that type of disrespect or discrimination!! I will be calling and taking legal action. I myself an also a owner of a small business, i would never treat any of my customers in this manner and I will not allow this owner to do this to anyone else! He must Go!
He felt good handing me this $17 “salad” with maybe 20 leaves. I understand you have overhead but how much are you saving by now giving a full portion. Make it make it sense.
Consistent, quick, and quality. You can always count on this place to deliver an excellent meal, even in an uncertain hospitality climate. I’ve been waiting so long for a decent seafood restaurant in Sanford, and it’s finally here! Highly recommend the blackened fish sandwich and lobster roll.
