I arrived at 8:35pm to place an order because I called before arriving and they said they don’t take phone orders. When I got the open sign was turned off and the cashier told me I couldn’t order any seafood which is their main dish. I let them know I had just called and asked to place an order and they told me to come here in person. The cashier said after 8:30 they don’t sell any seafood because they are cleaning to close for the day. At that point I was really upset because why would they ask me to go in person to order and just waist my time. They don’t have signs up with hours of operation. The online profile says they close at 9 but they actually close at 8:30 because they have nothing to offer after 8:30. Wrong advertising!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Fantastic food. Be aware that they CAKE the seasoning on though, or at least was what I got on the trifecta bucket #2. There was soo much seasoning that I had to rinse the stuff off before eating. Other than that the food IS AMAZING. Do not hesitate to come here. Just be advised about the amount.of seasoning. The do offer BUTTER ONLY which is my go to!!!! I love this place YUMMMO!!!

I have been going here a couple of times, today was not a good one. I had asked the cashier for his recommendation of crab and he told me Dungeness crab was the best for him. I ordered them since it was the same price as snow crabs but it was upsetting to find out that the crabs were dry and discolored with white spots. I had asked for a refund since it was closing time and didn’t wanting them to redo them. The women gave me a phone and a guy was saying he wouldn’t be able to refund me since he had left and then said i won’t get any money today or tomorrow. And then changed his demeanor and started saying since I took a bite i can’t get my money back. Mind you i only ate a lil dry meat flake from the connection part of the leg and it was nasty. I made sure he clarified that he wasn’t going to give me a refund n so I stopped talking to him n called my bank to make a claim. This is crazy. Some type of accommodations i would have been ok with. Like a remake the next day cuz it was an off day or a refund tomorrow or a gift card or store credit idk anything. And the crazy part is that he recommended that I buy it. Sorry to say but i am not going back after this experience. 🙁

Aside from the music on repeat that was legitimately “bounce that a**” over and over again.. THIS PLACE IS THE SPOT. My fiancé and I have gone twice in three days. The food is delicious, service is wonderful, the people are friendly and funny! The food is mouthwatering. I finally don’t have to drive all the way to Santa Cruz for good seafood boil! Bathrooms are kept in shape with is a lovely bonus! Would recommend!

I ordered the sausage and shrimp fried rice with added garlic and crabmeat. Get home, mouth watering for my food and what do I find – fried rice with tons of garlic added and no crab meat. I know to check my order before I leave. I thought all was well because the receipt I signed had in large letters ADD CRAB MEAT. I so disappointed! If I didn’t live so far away, I would bring it back.

Great chicken tenders and fries (oil was clean), corn was a bit cold but shrimp was good. Good selection of beer on tap and bottles. Will come back and try some more! Service was phenomenal, very clean restaurant.

Amazing! Like always! We definitely love this place, I personally, like the shirmp, potatoes and corn,. My wife has the crabs and my loves the chicken strips.
