It was “okay”. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. I ordered the Brisket Platter for $17 and it came with two pieces of meat, which one of the cuts was super fatty. The mac and cheese was bland and not pipping hot, decent. The cornbread was actually pretty good. Would get that side again. I felt I went early enough in the day that they should of had inventory on the ribs but I guess i missed the lunch rush and they were smoking more for the dinner rush. Small place inside so if you go expect to eat outside. For the price point and the portion I got there are a lot of other options around the area for the dollar you spend. I’ll give them another shot for their ribs.

Ordered food via doordash and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I ordered the pulled pork platter with collard greens and Mac and cheese and white meat smoked chicken with corn bread and Cole slaw. First if everything was super flavorful and delicious. Their dipping sauce for the meat was the right amount of sweet and spicy. Their corn bread could be eaten just by itself for dessert. It was sweet and was the perfect combo for the savory meat. I’ll definitely order drop them again and recommend this place to everyone.

Please specify that there is coleslaw in the sandwich by default. I just paid 13 bucks for cold fries and a sopping wet pile of a coleslaw that’s supposed to be a pulled pork sandwich, but is about half chunks of fat and tissue, which is always fun. I also asked for sauce which I didn’t get.

These ribs are wildly underpriced. Get a rack while you canwith inflation these should be $40 ++. Maybe because in the Easton , Phillipsburg area, no disrespect but maybe in the $30range is fair for them to run a business.
