We were hungry after out at Round 1 arcade in Hicksville and not many places are open late anymore! We were hoping TGIF’s in Westbury would be and it was! Our waiter Alex was very attentive, friendly and amiable and provided excellent service The food was very good. The pot stickers never disappoint. The spinach dip was good. I had the classic cotton candy cosmo, which Alex our waiter poured and served expertly! A good experience overall!

There was a wait for 3 groups to be seated. No hostess was available when we walked in. The area we sat at was serviced by one waitress, so the wait for our food after ordering was about 37 mins. The waitress was apologetic, but the service was still questionable. The bar area seemed to have better quicker service

Wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had dinning at this TGIF recently. The food was great but the service was even better! Our waiter Connor was super attentive and friendly, and made our dinning experience a true pleasure. I typically don’t write reviews but when the service is exceptional I definitely feel the need give a well deserved shoutout! I will definitely return!!

What is happening in the kitchen because this place needs improvement. Food wasn’t warm, lettuce in Cesar salad was wilted and edges turning brown, flat iron upon steak was fatty and tough. The Alfredo sauce in one if the entrees tasted as if it had gone bad, who is doing food safety checks at this place? This restaurant has declined in its service and so has the quality of food.

Service was excellent even though short staffed, food was so so. Tiniest piece of salmon ever , you cant give more broccoli than salmon. Freshness will always be an issue in these fast food but not , places.

I just went to TGI Fridays and ordered a cheeseburger to go, with a Mexican Monterey cheese. Absolutely delicious! I was not aware that the Mexican Monterey Cheese came in a sauce! I actually thought that they forgot to put my cheese on it! That Mexican Monterey cheese sauce was delicious. I will order that burger again. Thank you
