Recommended. Our pomodoro pasta was executed well and the swordfish was on the tender side with tasty greens. The marigold spritz cocktail was good albeit expensive and our server Tony was a pleasure to talk to. The clear highlights are the lively ambience and younger crowds. Highly recommended for a date, first or otherwise, or an impromptu meal after shopping. Attire smart casual. Pro tip: cap it off with a gelato from the first floor.

Had my birthday dinner and visiting for the first time. Recommend getting a reservation ahead of time as its super busy specially weekends. We had the lamb kabobs and sourdough bread as starters . Those lamb kabobs are mouthwatering. For dishes we had the squid ink pasta and the Ragu , that homemade pasta is key. Simple ingredients yet so flavorful. Portions are average , ambiance is 100 . Place is super aesthetic and perfect for cute insta pics, great place for girls brunch, birthdays special occasions. Will be back for more !!

My daughter finally managed to get reservations here for Monday night at 6:30 pm and we had a very nice dining experience. We arrived at 6:20 and were seated immediately. You start with complimentary bread (3 slices) and olive oil for dipping. My daughter ordered the Tagliatelle al Ragu di Terra and I ordered the Spiedo di Pollo (chicken skewers). We also ordered the Patate Fritte (potatoes) and Melanzane Arrosto (grilled eggplant) as sides. The chicken skewers were very flavorful but unfortunately used very fatty chicken thighs with the skin on. The server got the manager who helped me select a different dish, the Chitarra ala Nerano (pasta dish with fried zucchini) which was very delicious.

Terra Eataly is horrible. Rude staff and overpriced food. When we asked for water, they asked still or sparkling? So we said still, thinking if those are the only two options, it must be free. They charged us $14 for TWO bottles of water when we only were served one. When we questioned this, they said those were the only two options available, that they ran out of tap water. How do you run out of tap water? Ridiculous.

The pasta was done perfectly, good texture and properly seasoned. We had the grilled pork chop, which came in juicy tender with a nice crisp on the outside. The flavors and service was good. There’s nothing missing except for a simple bread basket and olive oil at the beginning of a meal.

Service was pretty good – they change ur dishes and utensils very often and wipe the table as well. Had a reservation at 6:15 and got seated around 6:30, and food was served in 20min (one appetizer, one pasta, and one entree). Grilled fish is pretty good, although side salad was too salty. Got the first original pasta and was average level. Got the Terra dessert, pretty good with Ferrero filling, but size is too big – smaller portion would be nicer.

Don’t waste your time at this Terra Eataly. Even though the food is good, you won’t be able to enjoy it because the service is way below your imaginary worst.

Food was amazing, but avoid the pricey cocktails. Prepare for a long wait, especially if you are walking in. Show up 10 mins before opening time for a good chance of getting seated. Menu on Google is not what was offered for lunch. No Pizza!

Unprompted and severely bad attitude from our waiter Vanessa L upon being seated- when asked for recommendations, she responded with a salty tone that she can give us recommendations but if we don’t like anything that it would not be taken off the bill, then she said “the way we do things here is that you have to order everything at once” implying that she or the restaurant cannot be bothered to check up on us once we place our initial order. Also she relied on other waiters to actually check up on us and place in orders for us and only show up belatedly once everything had been taken care of by her colleagues. The food was fine although slightly overpriced when considered the terrible service left a bad taste in our mouth and we would not consider returning unless management gets the service in order.

Terrible experience here. Arrived right when it opened at 5 and was told the wait time would be 30-40 minutes. An hour passed and we came back to check how much longer it would be. They asked for the first time if we wanted indoor or outdoor seating, we said indoor because we have small children with us on a 105 degree day. They said in that case it would be another hour. I said we’ve been waiting for an hour and no one asked about our seating preference. They gave no apology, only said it’s a 45 minute minimum. I was completely shocked. We wasted an hour waiting for a table and had to go somewhere else. I was so excited to have an Eataly in our town and now I don’t plan on coming back.
