I stopped going to many Taco Bells due to extremely poor service. This was my first time going to this one – 5 stars. I ordered on the app from my office. By the time I drove 3 miles to the store, the order was ready. Took less than 60 seconds to pick up the order. The “value menu” burritos were well filled (some places don’t give you much more than the tortilla). Very happy. Will definitely be back!

This location might quite possibly be the worst Taco Bell location in the history of the food chain. They never have ANYTHING. Every single week I have idiotically attempted to order food, they are missing it coincidentally. The Freeze machines…down, no Mexican pizzas until FALL 2022. The employees are lazy and unmotivated. Whoever is running this franchise is doing a terrible job and they are ruining a beautiful store in a thriving, suburban neighborhood. Sad

For one you need to change hours on the site because gas is too high to be wasting for there not to be a correct time for your hours of operation. Two your employees need to learn how to talk to customers correctly. You dont know who I know or who I am connect too!!

I’m pretty confident they ignore people in the drive thru during the morning hours waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes with no one else in line. Keep in mind this was 9:30am dont hang a banner saying you’re open for breakfast if you’re just gonna ignore costumers smh
