After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me, I finally got my food. A taco pack, two grilled burritos, and a beans and rice. Apparently they were out of fire sauce, napkins, and utensils because I got none. My supreme crunchy tacos that were supposed to be in the taco pack were not supreme, and were so soggy they were falling apart. They must have incorrectly made those twenty minutes before I got them through the window based on how cold and soggy they were. The burritos lacked a crucial ingredient for a steak burrito. That’s right, the steak. While the girl at the window did absently apologize for the wait after taking my payment, nothing else was said as she silently shoved my food out the window five minutes later. Overall, the experience was terrible. They weren’t even busy, though a line did form behind me.

Honestly, super impressed how Taco Bell on grindstone is operating now. The drive thru employee was super nice and cool. My food was all correct and out in a very timely manner AND they’re OPEN LATE. I rolled in at 2:30 am and the employees didn’t act super snotty, they were actually super cool for how late it was. I tipped the drive thru guy $5 because he gave me light that their is still hope for customer service in the fast food industry. Good job guys.

I waited for an online order after pick up time set… almost 20 minutes. The manager was super snooty when asked about the order and how long was left. The employees spent more time chatting than cooking food. I’m writing this review as I’m still waiting on my order while watching the manager not help her behind employees at all. She is actually sitting on the floor behind the register in the lobby.

Ordered through the drivethru and Raury P was our cashier. When I say that I have never had better a customer service experience I mean it. They did forget 1 item but when I let him know he immediately apologized and retrieved our item. Whatever you’re paying this guy you need to pay him more. 10/10 he is the best and Taco Bell you better appreciate an employee like him. I’m surprised he hasn’t been poached yet!

There was no wait. Staff was very polite at the window and she warned me of the lid being bad. Cups were cut wrong so lid wouldn’t stay down. I ended up with a French fry in my burrito. The tortillas were very dried out.

Their customer service sucks I got my bag tossed at me. I ordered a 12 pack with 5 tacos with 4 burritos and got two out of four of my burritos . I ordered nachos with everything on it but sour cream and tomatoes. Instead I got everything on it. I then had to go back again and order one burrito, and it took forever. I saw them bag about three other burritos before mine was even made. I am very disappointed.

This taco bell is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. It says they’re open until 2 am but they never are, 90% of the time if I’m there after 9pm they’re only taking DoorDash orders or are only accepting cash. They often forget food in my order or just make it horribly. Today I was there at 10am ordering breakfast. The employee took my entire order and then told me they were out of breakfast.

If you’re a fan of this business, don’t place your orders online. This merchant places online orders at the back and fills walk in orders first. So basically if an online customer places an order, walk ins and drive thru orders that are placed after that, will be FIRST. Dining in and drive thru is the best way to receive your order because Dine ins and drive thru are top priority at this restaurant.

Let me start off with this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I went through drive-thru to order sat at the speaker to order for like 5 mins, we to the window and paid and then was informed that the fryer was not working so parts of our meals had to be substituted which was fine. My total was $19.41 gave the worker $20.41 should have gotten $1 back and didn’t. We sat at the window for additional 10 mins waiting for our food. Then when I informed the worker I didn’t my change she then closed the window and said nothing. A manager came to the window with a not so happy attitude and said to pull to the front the register has to be counted. After 20 mins no one came out to let us know what was going on or give back my change, so we just left. I will never eat here again. If I could give a zero rating I would. It’s sad to see worker don’t care about there jobs or customer service and would rather be on there cell phones.
