I visited the Taco Bell in Antioch recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for over an hour for my food, I was informed that drive-thru orders were being prioritized over mobile orders. This didn’t seem fair, especially since I was physically present at the location. It was disheartening to witness another customer leave due to frustration with the wait. I genuinely wished for a more equitable and pleasant experience.

This Taco Bell uses ground beef for their Birria tacos. I paid nearly 20$ for 4 tacos and they didn’t use the shredded beef! What a rip off! I called to complain and the manger told me they ran out!!! Not going back check your food before you leave

I have not ordered from this place one and got exactly what I ordered. You pay for potato they forget it. Item has black beans? Not today. You only ordered chips and cheese online using your free credit? Sorry it says you didn’t pay. I see your order but you didn’t pay… Twice… You can’t even order and not pay through the app. Payment is a requirement to order! They’ve messed up at least $80 in food but I keep going back because there aren’t many good veggie options in the area and that’s like the only place plus the kids like it… I really wish they could get it together though.
