This was built not long ago. The building itself is really nice. The food is Taco Bell, take that however you want. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it makes you need to run to the bathroom. The workers are nice, busy, but nice. I think Taco Bell purposely under staffs their restaurants now, so that’s not the workers fault.

Stopped here to grab a breakfast with my daughter and the lobby was closed. On the door it stated that they open up at 10 AM however this location sometimes has short staff and the lobby will be closed and you can only order through the drive-through. The Taco Bell employee was nice enough to open the doors for my daughter and I So we could use the restroom and place an order. This location has a large diamond section and on some of the larger tables electrical outlets are available. They also have a super fast check out kiosk inside.

I came through drive thru and the girl on speaker sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I told her exactly what I wanted which it was NOT a complicated order! I asked for 2 potato tacos add beef and a fiesta potato no sour cream with a large Mountain Dew and fire sauce but since they was out of it I asked if the Bahja blast freeze working she said yea so I asked for that instead! I get to the window same girl with blond faux locs.. how I know it was her? Same attitude! She gave me the bahja blast fountain drink and I told her it’s supposed to be a large bahja blast freeze, but when I was giving it back to her she shut the window without saying anything and gave me the bahja blast freeze. Here is the thing when I got my food everything is in there but the fire sauce napkins and the fork for the potatoes! I did let her know what else I needed and she slammed the window and screamed a hard huff and puff. It was that loud that I can hear it out the window and the girl making the food turned around and looked at her! If you don’t want to do your job just find somewhere else and stop ruining these fast food customer service! You want $15 a hr but don’t want to do the work! You chose the job it didn’t choose you! I will not be returning I can spend my hard earn money somewhere else

This Taco Bell is a hidden gem. It’s usually fairly clean inside, the workers are always nice, it’s never too busy to wait for the quality, the food is always fresh/order accurate, and the Baja Blast and sweet Tea are always on point.

How is this place NEWER, with FIVE EMPLOYEES WORKING (which we didnt see for a solid 10 minutes then they all came from the back at once laughing but went stink face when they saw customers waiting), NOT busy what so ever, and the inside is nasty AFFFFF. I had to clean tables just for us to sit down. Trash everywhere. Drink stand, nasty. Just overall gross! HIGHLY disappointing when the manager is on site… not doing nor caring about anything! The employees stay rude at this location.

This taco is the better between the two in C.Hs, but wished they offered pizza so we wouldn’t have to go to two taco bells. Most of the time their food is fresh, hot and made accurately. Every once in a while the soft tacos would be really skimpy and nachos too, but it’s still better than the other taco bell here.

I ordered tacos through the drive thru, asked for a few mild sauce. I got 1 mild sauce in my bag for tacos and one napkin, 1 napkin to eat in the car with my dry tacos!!! I tried to ask for more but the woman at the window had left and shut it.

My order was all messed up, and Joshua the Mgr offered a full refund or replacement. Very apologetic, friendly, and respectful . The lady in drive-thru was wonderful as well.
