Does not allow giving zero stars. Ordered online through the taco bell app. Only received half the food on delivery, and only 1 item that was delivered was correct. Called the site and the person was very rude. Basically he said there is nothing he can do, can’t give refund, can’t get rest of food order delivered. Said we can go there and pick up. As I said very rude. No customer service skills at all. I would just save your money and go somewhere else.

I don’t know why but this place is never busy whatsoever every time I go in there might be a person there ordering or sitting and and maybe one car in the drive through it’s really strange because it’s a very clean restaurant, employees are kind and eager to help, food is always fresh and neatly wrapped and order is never wrong. Maybe the location? IDK, cuz it’s on the main drag within a quarter mile from one highway exit/entrance & half mile from another so… Anyway I recommend stopping by when you have that southwest craving it’s a good spot

If you are a late night food delivery person I recommend not even bothering. Incredibly rude doesn’t follow app rules. Doors we closed went through drive thru like uber states to do when lobby is closed waited and hour for orders the said come into the store where they proceeded to make the order. Losing my clients and my trip of $23 dollars. Royal pain!

I came to the Taco Bell in East Hartford after work. I order a number three and the $6.99 box. When I got home and ate the burrito was just beans and cheese no meat. Does cinnamon twists tasted stale, my daughter said it taste like cardboard. I will never come there again.

Half what we ordered was wrong, a quarter of our order just plain missing. I ordered two of the vegetarian options as fresca style, which I do often at taco bells everywhere else and never had an issue yet. The guy behind the drive in speaker sounded confused so I eventually just said please make it dairy free. The screen looked correct. Everything had cheese and sour cream. One item was supposed to be the fiesta veggie burrito, it was totally off… Just refried beans, cheese and sour cream. The order took forever at the drive through and was cold. We didn’t even bother to turn around and try to fix this, just didn’t seem worth the time.

Ordered a deluxe cravings box. They asked what sauce I wanted at the window, they failed to put sauce in my order. Chulupa was hard and tasted old. They also gave me the wrong drink with my order so not only am I eating my food without sauce but I’m having to wash it down with brisk dragon fruit soda

I ordered here a week ago, and I always get the same thing. I think it’s a number eight where you get three Dorito tacos and a soda. Soon as I finish eating it my belly started to hurt so bad I immediately had to run to use the bathroom, sad part I was on lunch when I went to go get it so I was at work. I’m not sure what kind of meat they are using. I’m not even sure if the one on Silver Lane is clean. All I know is I got really sick after eating their food. And I love some Taco Bells, but I guess you can’t trust everybody to make the food. Taco Bell is just a name.

This location was on our road trip. Super disappointed by experience. They got more than half the order wrong and forgot items. One person couldn’t eat any of their order because they can’t eat cheese. Also took over 10 minutes to get through the drive through. Was no one else in line but had to wait an abnormally long time for food to be prepared.
