Pretty bad experience. The “manager” Mary was very sassy. Wouldnt make my sandwich cause “they didnt have it” even though every other Subway will make it. And she even told me “This isnt any other Subway”. Told us to hurry up and order cause she had a million other things to do. Also took over an hour to make the food. After they closed (We got there around 6 and they closed at 7 for 4th of July) we went to eat in out car. Mary was smoking and thats the million things she had to do apprently. Very bad customer service. Overall a very bad experience and will not be back. Very disappointed.

It takes a while to get through the line if there is one, but the food isn’t bad. The staff is generally attentive and friendly. The layout is a little confusing compared to other Subways, since you pay before you order your sandwich, but once the staff gets to making it, it’s usually a quick process.

Zion and Anthony were awesome! i have never had to pay before i get my food at a subway. let alone pay first and then find out they haf no bread except wheat, and also no tomatoes, no onions . no veggies. sad place to call a subway, let alone paying the same amlunt for a 6 inch as a footlong

did an online order for pick up, got home and sandwiches weren’t toasted as requested. this is the 3rd time of ordering toasted and not getting our sandwiches toasted. tried to call the store two times and no answer. if you want your sandwiches made right, don’t come here, can’t follow online orders!!

The Subway on Lake/299 E is a really good store. My family and I get sandwiches here frequently. They are very generous with the veggies etc and the staff, despite the typical ‘fast food’ turnover have always been friendly and eager to please. I give them 5 stars relative to this type of eatery because they deserve it.
