This location is by far the most unsanitary Subway location I have seen. I honestly felt bad for the staff, who don’t seem aware of Food Service prep procedures. When your gloved hand goes directly from the wall to the oven to a pen & paper, then to your hair and to the phone and then to the food you’re making… ouch. Friends and neighbors, be advised.

If the option to give no stars was possible, I’d do so. I ordered a breakfast sub and just as I was a little past halfway, I noticed mold on the bread. I went inside and let the employee know. The employee tried to say it wasn’t, until I literally had to point it out. I am absolutely disgusted. The fact that they cross contaminate because as soon as the employee gave me the refund,(along with no apology), she continued to finish making another customer’s sandwich. She didn’t even change gloves. I wish I would have taken a picture, so I could’ve posted it alongside this. That is absolutely unacceptable.

Busy place but they manage to get through everyone quickly. Even has a drive through. Much good to say about this place, only thing I was uncomfortable with was that the busier it gets the more people are packed in together, even for the patrons eating there they have another one standing right next to their table, too close for comfort for me. another one of America’s so many sandwich choices Subway is a classic and been around for quite a few years this independently owned chain of restaurants serving fresh baked daily bread is delicious but has become kind of common place with American food.I would like to know that the staff is extremely friendly at this location and very kind and courteous I appreciate that when I’m dropping $7 for a sandwich chips and a drink.

The worst Subway place ever. First of all, when I went in the morning, the bread was just hard and not even soft, like it wasn’t even inside the warmer. Also, the other subway doesn’t charge tax for togo order due to new California law with the cold sandwich, but they even charge tax and the higher rate of Castroville sales tax. Definitely calling in IRS or BOE for their scamming taxes.
