Just had the worst experience ever. I ordered a 6in sub to go because I had an appt and was hungry. The bread on my sandwich was so hard you could knock on it! I ate about 3 bites and took back after my appointment. Manager said, “you already eat”…to which I replied… I don’t ever want another sandwich here, you can keep it!!!

We ordered online and was given a time the food would be ready. We arrived on time and was told that our order was given to someone else. They said they would make the order again but then had us wait an additional 25 minutes while they completed the orders for everyone else in the restaurant. I wanted to know why they did that and they just mumbled something and said they don’t know what happened. We were polite the whole time and they didn’t care about us at all. I will never go back there again and wouldn’t recommend you do as well

They actually remind you about using your reward point card number to add your current purchase points to it! I’ve been at other Subways and the employees are focused on the time, not complaining about that but I think that reward points are good too!

I went in today at 8:15 and received the worst customer service by Maria and alex i have ever had i used to work at subway and i know the standards. This was unacceptable. They continued to work on the side chores while i was standing in line there was a family of 5 behind me we all waited for about 7 minutes for them to finish dishes and restocking of chips. They both saw us and never acknowledged us. Then when they came to help they didnt say anything other than what kind of bread there was no smile no kindness at all they were very rude. I will not be returning to this establishment. Also the tea was last made at 8am its supposed to be made every 4 hours the lable said 8am.

This subway needs special attention ASAP!!. For starters the health department needs to inspect this restaurant and shut it down until the health codes are up to code. For starters the ladies at the front did not have hair nets as they had loose hair every where. As if that was the worst part There were cockroaches around the veggie line .
