Old man closes the store HOURS almost everyday!! He locks the front door and refuses to let any customers inside unless they did an online order. He closes at 8pm and doesn’t leave until past midnight!! He’s lazy. If it’s past 8pm go to another subway because it’ll most likely be closed already!

No greeting whatsoever when we arrived or waited to be served at the counter (we were the only ones standing in line); the woman with the blue polo simply looked at us. Since when is OJ considered a carbonated drink (see receipt pictures)? SMH.

If I could give this place no stars I will. This staff needs customer service training really really bad. I went during the lunch rush, as a customer the staff made me really feel like a burden on them for coming there and ordering food in a specified way. They made it a point to let me feel their frustration. One employee asked me what I wanted on my sub, as I was talking she walked away without a word and started doing other tasks. It was rude and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this store. They need to improve on their professionalism drastically. My advice if you go here, go when it’s slow. You may actually get treated with basic human decency.

My only issue with this subway is the ladies are rude; if you mobile order, they won’t give you your sandwich until the time designated, even if it’s ready. I go to school next door and order ahead so I can finish in 30 minutes. Every time I walk in, see it sitting there, PAID, they give me a very hard time when I ask for it. JUST HAND IT TO ME so I can walk out. Ariana and Patty are the employees that work the day shift. When I ask for my sandwich they yell at me very rudely that I have to wait for the time the app tells me it’s ready. It makes NO SENSE and needs to be fixed by management.

I’m a tomato allergy so I had one of the worker ladies there change her gloves and I asked her that she needed to get me fresh lettuce fresh green peppers and fresh cucumbers but instead of doing that she took three orders while my order was already toasted melted down cheese on my bread and everything and expected me to wait bad customer service

I went to get a sandwich and a drink from this Subway and their fountain drinks are so gross. They taste more like water than Coca-cola. It was so unpleasant to eat my sandwich with “carbonated water”. I paid $2.29 for my drink just to get carbonated water
