The staff here is very nice and patient with their customers. My brother and I ordered online the other day and when we arrived you could see they were getting slammed and understaffed. Due to their busy lunch rush they had not started our order. As soon as we arrived and let them know about our pickup order they got started on it and had 4 sammies done in under 5 minutes.

I come in there to women working on to-go orders they completely ignore me when I ask if I can order they told me to hold on for a second make me stand there for almost five minutes while they make orders both of them and it completely ignore me. Finally my sandwich gets made and I wait almost 5 minutes again to check out while the lady goes in the back and I have no idea what she’s doing. This is the most absurd low quality poorly-managed Subway I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with the staff at.

They gave me the wrong sandwich and charged me the higher price of the sandwich I did order. Unprofessional. When I got home and saw that I had the wrong sandwich I called the store to let them know of the mistake. They had me bring the old sandwich back to the shop and gave me the new sandwich and are planning to resell the ardimate sounds that has been unwrapped and in my home. Highly suspect of them and I worry that they’re the reselling made food that was done wrong
