I don’t even want to give this place one star. I can’t even express my discust. Walked in just before 11 on a Monday morning and there is nobody behind the counter to greet me. The place was trashed and there is one employee that I didn’t even know was an employee because she was on her cell phone, in the rear lobby, facing away from the door, standing next to a table with a backpack on it. She turned around with a Subway hat on confirming she was the only one ‘working’. I was already cringing at getting a sandwich from this place as it was in complete disarray and NOT stocked at all but I was already there so I stayed. Until, she got behind the glass and emptied the trashes with her bare hand while holding the larger dirty trash can with her other one. Then, told me that she would help me when I’m ready. After telling her I was ready when I walked in, she asked if I had a mobile order. My answer was no. She asked if I was in a hurry and I said kind of. She then asked if she could use the bathroom! BEFORE MAKING MY SANDWHICH, AFTER I HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING, NOTHING WAS STOCKED OR CLEANED, SHE WAS ON THE PHONE AND EMPTIED THE LINE TRASH WITH HER BARE HANDS!??! NO. I WALKED OUT.

Tried ordering online from this location twice now, each time I have received poorly made sandwiches on bread that’s clearly an off cut, literally dripping in condiments. Fully inedible when mayonnaise is dripping out of the sandwich like water.

My daughter was using there restroom today while her cousin waited for her. A woman with missing teeth ask my cousin to leave as she was not a customer. She then nudged her toward the door and locked it. I don’t know about you but I will never visit this establishment again.

My sister is mentally disabled and you can tell just by looking at her and one of her. She walked in to subway yesterday to get two salads and a 6in sub. All she had on her was a $50. When it came time for her to pay instead of the worker telling her that they couldnt except the $50 and see if she had anything smaller, they told her that she needed to buy more food and started adding more food to my sisters order. I am very disappointed that these employees would take advantage of someone who is disabled.
