This location actually ran out of the italian herb & cheese rolls. Then, being in Sun City they have had a 10% senior discount and when I went in today (7/17/23), the gal told me they don’t honor the discount anymore. There was no sign saying that and if they think with today’s inflated prices they are still going to keep customers, they’re mistaken because they just lost me as a customer! DON’T GO HERE THEY ARE POORLY MANAGED!!

I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore because the service was unfriendly. I felt like I was more of a bother. What’s up with the 15% tip thing, she did not deserve that. If I could put a zero, it would be that. What’s up with the long fingernails? Aren’t they supposed to be cut serving food that is a health hazard. For a footlong sandwich and a 6 inch the price was $27 dollars. What a total rip off.

Ultra thin sliced meat only one layer thick. I expected a $10 sandwich would have more ingredients but have to look very carefully to find the meat. Other shops in the area offer more fillings.

I ordered my food on the subway app, i get there and they tell me that they don’t have any more raspberry cheesecake cookies and that they don’t have nothing to do with the subway app so they can’t refund my money. So i complained and Heather Britt,manager emailed me saying i would get ma refund that was almost 10days ago and now Heather Britt will not return my emails. Friendly staff but at the peak of the day it was just 2 people working on the floor for both in store and delivery/mobile pickup orders. They were working quickly and got the job done, but I couldn’t help but notice how busy it was! I was offered a free cookie for my wait, which was less than 10 minutes for a mobile pickup. It was delicious!
