So just went to this Subway and spent $17 on two sandwiches that I had to toss right out. The gentleman (wasn’t wearing a name tag so couldn’t tell you his name) who was making my sandwiches seemed like he was sick and or inebriated. He wasn’t wearing a mask and at multiple points his noses was dripping right down his face, onto his clothes and presumably into my food. He couldn’t remember the order for a six inch spicy Italian, or steak and cheese and had to ask what it was again multiple times (about 10), which in itself didn’t exactly bother me, but the nose dripping into my food couldn’t be forgiven. When trying to ring me up he had to call the gentleman stocking (Esteban) over to do it because he couldn’t figure out how to get the computer to work, and walked off to let him finish the interaction. Esteban was extremely friendly and had great customer service, so I finished the transaction and left and immediately tossed the food that I just paid for because I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.

I don’t ever really write reviews but being a chef as my profession , the girl ,can’t remember her name but she was just simply wonderful all around! She was so nice , she built my monster double chicken sub very nicely and called it beautiful which is just awesome in my opinion. The guy was super cool too, great experience.

I recently had a miss-understanding and an unfortunate experience at this location. I went home and sent a note on the subway website. This location has an incredibly high rating and I understand why. I got a call from the franchise owner within 7 hours. It’s apparent that this restaurant is committed to excellence and serves its community with dignity and honor. Thank you for the call, for what it’s worth, it ment a lot and I felt compelled to share with the community.

This subway location is definitely among my favorites. The people behind the counter are always super friendly and nice, expressing a super willingness to give you what you want. On top of that, they take care of your sandwich when making it, which to some may not seem important, but to me makes a fantastic sandwich. I will definitely be visiting again, these guys are super cool.
