Such rude staff working there this evening, especially crazy hair colored, lots of makeup, girl. So rude and short with us! Never even greeted us and acted like we were really inconveniencing her. Next time I see her working I will be turning around and leaving. She shouldn’t work servicing other humans, nonexistent people skills.

Went to this location and was more than disgusted. Customer service was non existent Heather probably shouldn’t be working with customers as she was VERY RUDE AND SHORT with us. This location didn’t have any white bread and when asked what bread was available she pointed to the menue and said all but white. My niece asked for asked for a meatball sub and was told they didn’t have that either. Instead of suggesting another tasty sandwich Heather got frustrated. My niece (11) got a little nervouse and didn’t feel comfortable talking to Heather so I had to help her order. My daughter’s sub was requested toasted and when she opened it up the cheese was not even melted let alone warm. My niece asked for hot sauce and Heather accidentally put mustard and when she realized what she did she wasn’t very happy, didn’t apologize, rolled her eyes and made another that was less than desirable and sloppy. We paid for sandwiches, drinks and chips. We then walked to the fountain drink station. My daughter got lemonade which turned out to be water, my soda looked flat so I tasted it as well as every soda available and to no avail they were all flat. I walked back over to the counter and notified Heather of the problem she replied “We’ve had a lot of complaints about that and our soda distributor has come and tested it and it was actually PERFECT”. I then asked for a refund for the drinks she then replied (with an attitude) ” I’ll have to call my manager so she can do it because I can’t”, I said I would wait. Heather did not make a call on the phone not did she walk to the back and get said manager she just gave me my refund. I would appreciate to be reached by a manager and given a full refund (28.84) for such an undesirable experience. For that price I am also paying for good customer service which was not rendered. For the time being I would recommend patrons purchase from a different location.

Super nice workers!! Even gave my kids free cookies!! My daughter loved the soup!! My son loved his pizza!! The lady filled up my sub so much she couldn’t get to close!! Great service and healthy food and that is why we always go to this subway!!!

Great workers. We came in as a team with 20 people and had only an opportunity to call 15 minutes in advance. It was near closing time and the staff was more than happy to get us in. I will be recommending this Subway in particular to all those traveling through Casper! Thank you!

“Manager” was loudly chastising two employees. Not sure what he was saying because it was half English half something else but the way he was treating the employees was horrible and made me turn around and leave!

I got a Black Forest ham 6 in and ask for chips and a Gatorade so instead of giving me a meal deal she charged me separate for the meal so my meal was instead of being 5:45 it was over $7
