Hello, I never tend to give a negative review seens I work at the industry, and I know how difficult it is to get a place running, especially with the shortness of employees now a days. But Im reaching out this time not to rate the quality of food but operations. It’s not the first time I have tried to get service and find the doors looked around 7:20 pm. on 02/26/2023 (operation hours till 10 pm). I would understand if it was a shortage of employees, but when it happens more than one time, it could be two things: bad scheduling or Managment its not even aware of what’s happening on shifts. Employees tend to do this often! If either of this is ok with the company, at least make aware of sitacion to clinty, change hours of operation on online services, or at least on front door. Having “open”sign off its telling customer to go away from your bussiness.

My wife picked up some sandwiches today that she ordered online. One of which was mine. The steak and cheese. I like onion, so my wife added it for me. I’m pretty sure the instructions didn’t include “put the entire onion and then grab another whole onion, slice it up and add that entire onion into the sandwich also”. My sandwich tasted like I was eating a Rae onion like an apple. It wasn’t good at all.

Showed up at 9:20 pm on Sunday. Doors were closed two women in there. Posted close time is at 10 pm. No sign stating location closed. Very disappointed. One girl had black and blond hair curly and other one had black or brown hair. If you expect to get your order anytime after 9 pm dont expect them to be open

This is the closest subway to my home which is why I go, but I will no longer be going to this one. I usually order online and won’t be doing that anymore either. I ordered 4 sandwiches online which were done on time and ready, but they completely destroyed my buffalo chicken sandwich. Food is food, so I ate it anyways but the sauce was everywhere in the bag and on the napkins even the receipt was covered. My wife’s sandwich wasnt as bad but bad enough. The other two sandwiches were fine. They were very busy when I got there but that’s no excuse, I would’ve rather waited longer for better quality.

I placed a order through the subway app and something happened to where I got no conformation of order as I always do but I’m getting billed for the order and I call the subway in question and they have a bunch of kids working with no mgr on duty to resolve any issues!!!!! This is terrible service from u guys!!!! These kids don’t even know how to help me. They said I don’t know…. Can’t believe this BS…… More times than once this has happened. 2 months ago a sandwich was made wrong the kids asked for my name and number and said a mgr would contact me this was over 2 months ago and guess what, no call back!!!!

This is the worst service, attitude, and food preparation I have ever witnessed in a subway. This salad was drenched in dressing, they refused to chop the salad because the employees claim they don’t prepare it like that. The cheese was melted on the very little spinach; the tomatoes were wagon wheel slices; the chicken strips were not completely cooked. As for the sandwich…they mixed the mustard and mayo together and claim it was honey-mustard! If you like subway, go to a different location.
