We just picked up two of the most disappointing salads ever. They used to have the best chopped salads. $21 for a couple of salads with less than 1/4 cup of greens in it and some veggies slopped on top. We got salads without the salad parts. Hoping it was just a bad night.

The employees in this Subway were courteous, prompt, organized, neat, and they worked very smoothly as a team. They included more than 1 napkin in my to go bag, they labelled my sandwiches, and they offered to let me taste the buffalo sauce before putting it on my sandwich. Way to go ladies two thumbs up!!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap online. Took off buffalo sauce and added chipotle southwest sauce. Picked it up and it had both sauces on it. Brought it back because it is not what I ordered. Worker told me they would have to charge me to make another one even though they read the instructions incorrectly. Worker said that it’s a buffalo chicken wrap so they have to use buffalo and then proceeded to tell me to order a Caesar wrap next time and take off the Caesar dressing and add chipotle sauce. How does that even make sense. Workers are hardly ever friendly and unless you order in person, it’s never right. Even then it’s probably going to be wrong.

Sandwich is good, service was okay. No smiles, seemed angry. Place was clean. Had to repeat the vegetables I wanted multiple times, they seemed like they didn’t want to work at all or never have. Four stars for the sandwich. I’d give two for the service. That was today, if I were not on a diet I would have gone next door for better service.

They don’t even deserve 1 star after tonight’s service, went there after a basketball game and who ever was working there was rude. One was complaining about when they were going to get out of there….ummm sorry it’s only 750pm you close at 9 so why complain when 15 people come in and order food. The one who was making our sandwich looked at me when I said we were eating in and said all our sandwiches are to go so we don’t have to wash dishes. I’ve worked fast food 20 years ago in high school so yes I understand how rude it is when you get a crowd in right at close but this was an hour before close so why the rudeness. When asked for napkins they rolled there eyes and handed them to us. Next time I will either go next door to DQ or take my money to another town and spend it there.

I loved Mount Rushmore! It is the most patriotic and amazing place on this Earth! Being a retiree with more than 21 years service in the military, US Army and Vietnam veteran I was amazed and tears were brought to my eyes to see such Majesty carved into that mountain. All this was done because it was America! If you ever want to see anything better in America I will be blunt and tell you one thing! There is no place better and Mount Rushmore I will probably just sit this beautiful mountain a few more times so that I could get the overwhelming feeling that ran through me that first time I ever saw it. My wife recently passed after hour 51 years of marriage and we had planned on going there together, it wasn’t possible due to her health however she was with me in spirit. Think of Mount Rushmore as a place of Refuge a place where you can show your pride in your country. Have a nice visit and thank you for listening to me.

Everything is old or stale. You can see freezer frost on the “fresh” veggie containers. Definitely gone downhill since new management.
