Friendly staff, great service. A great go to Subway location for sure. Only sketchy part is the parking spaces. This business is located in a smaller strip center with many stores sharing limited parking. But it’s not a huge deal. Usually one opens up quickly.

I went there tonight to get a flatbread sandwich but was told they were out of flatbread. I could CLEARLY see it in the bread cart, though! The girl was rude about saying they were out of it, too! This was the SECOND time in a row she was RUDE to me. I ended up not getting a sandwich, but I DID get my girlfriend’s sandwich there. It took the top layer off her bread when she peeled the paper off!!! When she opened it, this is what it looked like! I’d call the manager, but this place is so sloppily run that I doubt it’d make a difference…

I ordered a footlong turkey and cold cut combo. I came back because the cold cut meat tasted funny. I only took 1 bite from the sandwich. I brought the entire sandwich back and was told “there is nothing I can do to fix it”. I asked for the sandwich to be remade the same way and was told no. The server (has glasses) then told me they would not refund the purchase either. I normally frequent this location however if making sure the customer is satisfied is not their priority, then I refuse to give them my money anymore. I ended up going to the Austin Peay location for a fresh cold cut sandwich. So I had to spend more money.

All new inexperienced people. I watched meat being put on my sandwich and taken off and put back in the bin as it was the wrong meat. My wife’s sandwich was dropped on the floor. And the fellow who came out of the back that acted like he had 1/2 an idea of what was going on isn’t smart enough to pull his pants up, much less wear a belt. Overall, it will be a while before I go back there.
