Very poor customer service. There were only 3 customers in line they rushed and made my sandwich with extremely minimal toppings. He put a pinch of lettuce on it. I asked for more and as you can see, I got 3 more slivers of lettuce!!! It’s lettuce!! Stop being cheap!! Jersey Mike’s would never serve a sandwich looking like this!! They also need to learn how to talk and treat their paying customers better!

We had an order requested for delivery. Door Dash unexpectedly cancelled it and told us to call the store for the reason why. I called the store and the owner was so rude and told us it was our problem we didn’t get the food and not his. When I confirmed that he had the cancelled order, I asked if they would just let us come and pick it up since we had paid for it and had spoken to the door dash driver and she confirmed that there was confusion over delivering. He told us no and to go to another subway and hung up on me. So we spent $60 on subway and didn’t have it delivered, unable to pick it up, and are not receiving a refund.

Not good listeners. Just want to get you out of line quickly. If your going to charge 7 dollars for a mini pizza, putting oregano on it shouldn’t be such a hard ask.

Horrible customer service! The young man who assisted me showed frustration for me asking questions and cursed me out for canceling the sandwich after he raised his voice at me. The food looks good.

Food pretty good but pay close attention to your price, the lady there in morning tries to slick it on ya an charge you for chips and drink or slick a combo price on you an say nothing. The guy that was there in morning had great people skills and gave you exactly what you asked for.

Sandwich tasted fine but service was horrible. No one seemed excited to be there . Had to repeat thinks and I don’t talk quietly. They didn’t pay attention. After finally getting sandwich fixed correctly (after the employee almost threw away my bacon instead of putting in my sandwich) the cashier was too busy on the phone to listen to the 3 times I told her my order. I ordered a large drink wanting sweet tea but found they were oro and told them and they still had not brewed any by the time I finished my sandwich and chips. They were not busy so no real excuse.

Fantastic! I’ve ordered from them several times through food service apps and my order is always fresh and correct. Most recently my sandwich looked like it came from a commercial lol. There are a few locations that are closer to me but I’ll choose this spot over the others.
