I ordered a spicy Italian and I asked for extra onions the lady told me “NO” and pointed to a printed out copy of the measurements of onions used on the sandwich and I told her I would pay for the extra onions and she still said no and pointed at the printed out copy again and told me that I had enough onions on there already and refused to add more onions.

I have been going to this Subway location for years. The food is good, the vegetables fresh. On this visit though the Sweet Tea was bad and I’m a life-long tea drinker and have drunk this Subway’s tea for years. I had told one of the managers in person that the Sweet Tea tasted bad, his response, ‘well no one else complained’, I told him that i have drank this sweet tea many times but on this visit its bad, he just said, ‘well you are the only one that has said anything is wrong with it.” So instead of the manager taking me serious as a long time customer, he just brushes off my complaint. I was being nice to let them know their is something wrong with the tea, not everyone will let a business know if something is wrong, they just won’t come back. But i liked this location, until now. That manager was just rude and dismissive, like he didn’t care about my customer input. So my punishment to that location is no business from me for a few months. If im going to pay with my Money, then i will go somewhere without that kind of attitude by a subway manager.
