Normally I like going here but the last 3 visits here has shown that the quality of people that they employ has gone down and the food quality has also gone down. On one visit the cookies were burned, the second visit the bread was over toasted, the third and last visit the staff was rude the bread was doughy and they fixed my sandwich the way they wanted to fix it. Not going back to this location.

This subway should be shut down. I have seen them close early on many occasions. Also, there is a particular employee there that began screaming at me because I didn’t know the “proper” name of the bread that I selected. I simply walked out and have not been to that location since. I now drive to the location on Summer Avenue near Berclair as that one is the cleanest and friendliest location. Even the Subway on Union was subpar. Subway franchises need to raise the bar of entry for ownership. 20k is not that much to own a location and the hiring of staff shows- especially at the location on Poplar Midtown.

The sandwiches were average for subway. But the woman working behind the counter was horrible. She was extremely transphobic to me, was rude and went out of her was to misgender me. The other two workers that later showed up were much nicer but she was just rude, both to me, my partner, and the other customers. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

Place is disasterous everytime I come to this location. Your better off going to the one a half a mile down the road. Employees rude as can be and they don’t do refills at this location. Might as well shut the doors to this location

Been. Along for two hours now trying to reach someone . I bought 3 sandwiches with two of the workers that working on my house and when I went to order cookies they added the lady behind me steak sandwich. I did not notice it u til I got home I did not look at my change so I have been calling the store for two hours and no one will answer and I have them working on my house so I can’t leave. Been calling customer service line also but they tell you to go on a web site and type in this and that. What if I don’t have the internet why not can anyone just answer. But I have both of my receipts and I will be going right back up there as soon as the guy is done for today. This is sad can’t speak to anyone about being charged for a foot long I did not purchase.
