Ghetto drive thru. No menu on driver’s side of car. Didn’t even notice the speaker for ordering. No menu for the sub of the day and when I asked what it was I was put on hold so they could look it up and then when I asked what was in a BMT and they didn’t tell me the right meats. The store only has diet coke for diet. Get with the times Les White

Workers not wearing masks……please wear masks even if vaccinated. The vaccine is NOT 100%. Stop the spread and protect your customers. You are breathing across their food that they put in their bodies.
So good! The Rita Ranch location is very good! We arrived later then dinner and asked for the freshest bread and it was fresh… Thank God because I have a teen that knows what she wants… And gets it! Ha… Doesn’t hurt that she knows All the ins-n-outs of Subway, I used to manage a few 🙂 The customer service was ok, I get that it’s late and people are tired and ready to go home, BUT you push thru, smile, fake it till you make it, if necessary!!! Thanks Subway!!!
This is twice I have had a bad experience and I guess I didn’t learn the first time. First they are out of meatballs and I have to wait 10 minutes, then I go to the window and am unwelcomed with my debit card being snatched out of my hand. It was not even 8 pm yet and I was an inconvenience to the staff here. Maybe this time I’ll learn my lesson and not return. I am far from impressed!
Sat in the drive through for 20+ minutes waiting to get served, pulled up and was told there was a line inside and I would need to wait while they were served. Nice guy working but after so long I just left. There is one person for a store full of customers and a drive through line? Fail.
We stopped by at 9 an to grab lunch for a picnic. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. We only ordered deli meat (not toasted or cooked). We waited no less than 25 minutes!!!! I don’t know if staff want trained well, staffing levels weren’t planned correctly, inventory was not managed correctly, but this was the SLOWEST Subway experience of my life!
