Today, me and a friend went and got the worse experience. I’m a frequent subway eater and have used my coupon at subway b4, today, the same lady said that they don’t accept the coupon due to me getting tuna. I only get tuna so how today the same coupon isn’t accepted when I just got it in the past. They lost a loyal customer and hopefully whomever that’s trading this.

I went for lunch and the owner was very unprofessional and rude . I had asked for the bacon rotisserie chicken pizza thats viral on TikTok and he was whispering and making rude remarks because he didn’t know what I was talking about. I understand that you’re an older man but you’re in a whole different generation. Instead of whispering with your employee that was on the cold side he could’ve simply told me he’s not offering it at the moment and I would’ve got something else, instead I felt uncomfortable and that I wasn’t being treated as a customer who is paying money at the establishment. However the young lady at the cash register was very helpful and told him how to make the pizza .

After frequently dining here…. The young ladies in there proved my money wasn’t good enough for them. I received mediocre services while they were delighted to serve others.I won’t give my hard earned money to ANYONE where it’s not welcomed. If I could give 0 stars I would I’m coming to subway to spend money on food the lady behind the counter was rude from jump. She rolled her eyes while asking my mom what kind of sandwich she wanted we then noticed the sandwich was a little short so we asked them are they sure that it was 6in because my sandwich was clearly bigger than the other sandwich I was purchasing the lady then says “if you don’t want it then don’t buy it and rolled her eyes again” we just walked out because one we are paying customers so watch who your talking to and if it was up to me I wouldn’t even stop here if it was the last thing open

The lady tried to tell me how I wanted my food even though I’ve been getting the same thing for 3 years. And then when the older lady tried to make up my sandwich, the lady yelled at her even though I told her I was willing to pay extra for the extra toppings.

I was in a bus transfer from here to Orlando, so I stopped by Subway for some food for for the road. The hound lady that helped me was quick, which I appreciated. However I did not appreciate her attitude. I have a speech impediment which doesn’t allow me to speak loudly but she kept on rolling her eyes and telling me to ‘speak up I can’t hear you dude’ they also did not have the cookies I wanted, which was a bummer. Unfortunately I will not leave more than 2 stars for my experience

This particular location is a scam! Ordered though Subway App and never received my food! On top of that the number to the establishment and driver no longer works. Too make matters worse you can’t reach a live person when you call corporate! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.
