We order from this Subway on occasion, every time we do they screw up most of the order, we never get the sides we order, cookies, chips, drinks, nothing, I’m not sure what they’re doing with what we ordered but it’s not coming to use. It wouldn’t be so bad if the sandwiches were spared the incompetence as today for example, we ordered 2 sandwiches and some chips for the lunch hour, no chips and they put the wrong bread on each sandwich. It’s always something, so we’ll be finding somewhere else to get lunch from here on out.

I was disgusted to see a female employee walking around with a gun. And if I’m not mistaken it’s the same woman I saw being extremely rude to a customer before and seemed very hostile. Please hire real security or teach your employees to have emotional intelligence and not escalate situations.

I would give some negative stars if i could. My friend and I went to get subs. The lady and the guy working started whispering about us abd laughing looking at us. Food is ok but the service is horrible. I wont recommend this place. Horrible people.

This is the most raggedy, inconsistent, subway. Subway used to be a go to and now it’s horrible, it is never open for the hours that it’s supposed to be, people there act like they hate the fact that they and you are there. Got my order wrong, didn’t even apologize. Placed an order on the app and they “didn’t have it”, then told me to wait and made it and it wasn’t what I even ordered. Woman had an attitude and was acting like I was a nuisance. I was just there to pick up my sandwich that the app said was ready!
