This place was very clean which is always desired to be eating at. They have convenient kiosks to order by yourself and the service was very fast. Food was very yummy, burgers were juicy and the milkshakes very satisfying. This is definitely a good place to stop and have a nice, quick and not expensive meal.

We used to love this location but since the pandemic it’s not the same. The employees were professional & friendly but “kiosk” ordering takes away from that feeling of nostalgia this brand was known for. We came for lunch (albeit after 1pm) & quite a few tables were not wiped down yet & a booth was broken. I saw the employees working (no one was just standing around) so maybe they just had a big 12pm rush or simply short staffed. Food was good – just as we ordered & my girls were super happy with the milkshakes.

Might be the dumbest fast food employees I’ve seen in a while. When i ask for a #1 I want it the way it is shown in the picture unless i have a specific instructions. You can’t just order sandwiches off the menu and have them come the way they are like every other fast food place. If you don’t specifically ask for everything piece by piece your getting meat and a bun. They will take the time to ask the cooks not to add anything at all to the sandwich. This seems intentional and almost out of spite. I will not be going back.

My wife pre-ordered our shakes for pick up in the drive-through. Approximately 15 minutes later, we arrived and waited another 15 minutes. While at the window, we saw other people receive their orders in a timely fashion, but the staff appeared to be confused/lost about where our 2 shakes were. We got the distinct impression that our order was overlooked and made while we waited in the drive-through which were trying to avoid for our benefit and Steak and Shakes’ benefit

Very impersonal now. Automated do it yourself kiosk. The burgers are done differently from a year ago. Not as tasty, but as good as a burger from other places. Shakes are still the top reason to go there.

The food is good the restaurant Clean and nice only problem is it’s always extremely understaffed. That turns into long waits and forgotten customers one cook trying to nonstop make all the food is ridiculous and waiting half an hour for only a shake even worse.

The waitress Joy was really nice! The restaurant was clean and just the way I remember it from when I was a kid. We just moved to Florida and I’m thrilled to be by the best hamburger and shake place around. Windows and glass dividers are very dirty. We even brought trash in from outside. However tables and floors are clean. The steak chili dog was amazing and one of my favorites. The hamburger with the garlic butter on the bun was the best. Joy checked on us several times and refilled our drinks which was great service.
