Went through the drive thru around 4:40pm- the lady taking our order rushed us by saying “what else” “what else” before we could even finish speaking .. none the less she had the order wrong .. when she went to remake it- there was coffee running down the outside of the cup while handing it to me .. I took it – but then drove around, went inside and then asked for a refund because it was suppose to be a hot drink and it was not hot at all. And was a sticky mess on the outside of the cup. They don’t give receipts – and didn’t even attempt to retrieve my receipt – so the refund they issued was less than what I paid for the drink.. obviously I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. Not sure how you can refund something without even checking to see what the price of the item was

Love the staff here they are all super friendly and have offered great recommendation for replacing my raspberry syrup that has been discontinued. I put 4 stars on the food only because I had one of the sandwiches with spinach mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes sounded amazing and it was sooooo not worth the money simply because half of it didn’t have anything on it I had to rip it apart and spread it out myself. That’s not really on the store though.

Coffee is good as usual, the staff are friendly, the establishment is a little dirty but the main problem are the bathrooms, they’re dirty like hell. Sorry for the expression about the bathroom but people can get a desease.

Sadly I just went for a matcha tea I stated that I wanted it hot with 3 shots of coffee instead I got 3 shots of brown sugar.. Which to much sugar for me.. I use my app when ordering so you’d be able to look back and look at my previous orders.. Sadly I never say anything about a wrongly made drink but this drink was the icing on the top for me to say something.
