This is genuinely the worst starbucks in California. Not only are they extremely slow but every time I place an order, they make it wrong. They make it wrong so consistently I’ve began to wonder if it’s a joke to them. Then when you call them out, they get annoyed. I wouldn’t call you out for it if you made it correctly in the first place.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks location where they didn’t have someone at the register… or greet you and acknowledge you at all as you stand at the register waiting to order. Not a single person in line with me but 4 different workers walked by and didn’t even turn their head to acknowledge me. A “we will be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. After waiting a few minutes I just left. ♀️ Guess I’ll stick with my regular location.
