Drive thru wait was 35 minutes! And they were completely out of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Never heard of that happening. Totally not the staffs fault. Guy was very nice and my drink today was perfect!! So review is for the company not staffing properly and not restocking!

I had a very bad experience today at this place. I ordered a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso with less ice and they gave me with full of ice. The long hair lady who took the order nodded her head when I told my order. If she really understood what I said why did I get it wrong ?? I paid 5.95 for it and was not at all satisfied with what I got.

Wish there was 0 star option to begin with. So i went to this location and had to deal with rude and unprofessional customer service which you dont expect from starbucks as organization. Ordered iced coffee and a white American male barista named Ricky ( dont know if its even correct) made the coffee with too much creamer and not enough syrup. So when asked if i can get extra syrup on side he replied “YOU HAVE TO WAIT” in rude way. After waiting for bit asked again he replied “YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR CARAMEL SYRUP”. I dint mind paying but his behaviour was just unprofessional and rude. Also he need to wear his name tag like all other employees.

Service has been alright. However, today I went into the cafe to order and there is a barista with red hair down past her hips making FOOD. That is a major health code violation and disgusting and I’m so glad she did not prepare my order. Management needs to enforce the expectations of working with food safety and common sense.

I waited 30 mins from my mobile order before I got my drinks. I asked them 2 times in person for my drinks they kept saying it’s being made. They did not apologize for the delay. Everyone was running around and looked very disorganized. Would not come back to this location again.

I love this place. This is by far the best Starbucks that i have been to! I come here every morning and the staff is awesome even at 5am. Now that being said and reading some of the reviews that have been left recently. People come on have some patience and understanding this place gets busy they work hard! I appreciate this location! You guys rock.
