The girl that was taking the order and handed the order was very kind, patient and pleasant however one of the sandwiches was burnt so had to cut a large portion off. Also ordered a vanilla bean but without coffee but they added coffee. I find the taste of coffee repulsive so had to pour it down the drain. Alsothey put the cake pops in the bag next to the hot food so makes a melted chocolate mess. Perhaps they could keep it separate from the hot foods. Sandwiches are put on a sleeve so all the guts migrate to the one end of the bread. Would be nice if the could lay the sandwiches flat instead so you get a whole sandwich.

This location is very quick. It has a drive-up window as well as walk-in service. You can sit inside and meet with friends or take your beverages to go. They have full service food as well for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks.

I seen today that cleanliness is not apart of Starbucks on Broadway and Mccoy. Seen an employee pick up trash, crumbs everywhere and he just swept them on the floor and never washed his hands, grabbed several pieces of food and put them a arar bucksmicrowave and not once did he have gloves on.
