Worst customer service and coffee of ALL Starbucks coffee joints. I’m an avid lover of coffee and of Starbucks, but this group of employees not only got me SIMPLE drink wrong 1 time but 3 times in a row!!! IN THE SAME VISIT! out of principle and cost, I went back literally drove off and right back in after discovering it didn’t have cream in my coffee as requested! AND they REFUSED to take my HOT coffee back, the one they got WRONG leaving me with a hot coffee I didn’t want and having to dump it and throw away the cup myself. AND TOBTOP IT ALL OFF, AFTER GETTING MY COFFEE WRONG 3 TIMES IN A ROW (me stupidly leaving the drive through without tasting because of the line) and with the batista admiting to shift supervisor they forgot the creamer again on the seccond drive through and me waiting at leastn10 min each time…. THEY NEVER ONCE OFFERD ME A REFUND OR A GIFT CARD FOR A FREE DRINK!

We went through the drive thru and the first employee that took our order was lovely and talkative, but my order was wrong, I asked for a cold brew with a splash of cream and they gave me 1/2 cream instead (my drink was white)… so we went back around the drive thru and went straight to the window and it was a different woman that stuck her head out and immediately was aggressively telling us we should’ve stopped and used the kiosk, and was not very kind or in any way apologetic for the drink being wrong… I’m not one to speak up when my order is incorrect but it tasted so bad, and then to be made to feel like we did something wrong was just not the ideal experience at all. Very uncomfortable.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. They handed a breakfast sandwich with cheese melted over half of it. I reminded them that I ordered it with no cheese. She told me that it didn’t have cheese on it despite it clearly being melted on the sandwich. She looked at it again and said, “we can’t guarantee that they’re won’t be cheese on it”. This was definitely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks and I will not be back.

Two people visibly working on orders, and 3 more people behind the counter away from the registers looking at what appeared to be their cell phones. Watched and waited over 12min for my mobile order. No other person came into the store, no other mobile orders were put out and I only saw two cars receive their drinks.

What nice staff! They were busier than mashed crabs but they took the time to make a keto Frappuccino for me. They followed my directions to a “T”. Why wasn’t there a tip jar? They were all over worked but had very polite, pleasant, professional attitudes. Starbucks, show these people some love. They work harder than any crew I’ve ever seen.

I can’t really blame them for being short staffed, but the service here was extremely slow. The staff were super friendly however! But the coffee tasted super watered-down. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. Sorry, but I didn’t have a great time going here.
