I normally have a decent experience at this Starbucks . This morning, however, I was in a bit of a rush, but that big eye lash girl talk to one of her customer friends for 10 minutes and didnt bother getting my food items ready. I finally left without my items. Back then worse I was the only customer in there so she could clearly see. I was standing there waiting on my stuff.

Nice staff, although there was a little while of a wait for just one drink. There was nobody in line except us either, so I’m unsure how that happened. The Matcha Bliss drink they make is good, with an iced chai and matcha foam on top. I would recommend this place, but try to avoid it if you’re in a hurry. Good drinks, nice service, but long wait times.

Depending on what you want to get only go in the morning. I order online in the evening, I’ve ordered the same thing a mocha. Twice this month Instead of a mocha they gave me hot cocoa and once they gave me a latte. Usually I just shrug over a wrong order but it’s become consistent enough that I doubt I’ll go in the evening again

Always came here I order thru drive thru all employees have been really friendly till today I was service by this lady she rushed my order thru the speaker when I went to the window to pay I asked to see if I could add another coffee to my order there was no cars behind me she gave me an attitude behavior when I saw that I cancelled my order and left.

4 days straight and they couldn’t get my drink correct just the worse I’ve ever been too.. and the lemonade is way too over powering in all our drinks. Just a NEVER again experience …. This drink shown suppose to be green tea peach lemonade no liquid cane sugar! I have no idea what it really is but it’s nasty!
