Every surface was dirty, disgusting, floor not swept, not very busy after the lunch rush for the amount of workers there. I was waiting for my ride, a total of ten minutes, and not once did anyone clean up anything in the customer’s area. Our orders were correct and good but the uncleanliness of the place is a total turn off.

Went in with some dinner and had a drink waiting for me on 5/18/2023. Sat down and ate and was sipping my drink. Got up to use the bathroom and came back to find my drink was gone. I asked them about it and was told they threw it away because they thought I left and was littering. I asked they could make another one and was told no because I was there for awhile. My overall experience was biter sweet. Not sure why they keep the items they sell all the way by the bathrooms & not by were people pass by and or wait 2 order. Almost like an indifference on selling their cup/container products. I’d change that if I was management . Almost all Stwrbucks in Hanford have messed up my initial order. I can’t have coffee, & my order is always without. The paper is written correctly, unfortunately not give. 2 me correctly. Glad some1 stepped up & made my almond white hot chocolate extra hot no whip was delicious.
