This is such a terrible store. I buy Starbucks every day and spend about $10 $12 a day. I’m a cup collector I have tons of Starbucks cups. Every time I walk into a store I walk straight to the cups. I saw a few white cups on the shelf that caught my attention, I decide I want them. Well as I’m waiting to place my order and purchase the cup the girl at the front tells me they can’t sell it until tomorrow. Okay?? Why are the cups out now if they are not for sale until tomorrow? I asked the girl and she stayed quiet and made a face. I am beyond upset. This is not cool at all. Why put them out if you can’t sell them? Please talk to your staff and fix this. I did not appreciate this at all. I spend way too much money with you guys for this to happen.

I just do not get it. Why when you have a big company like starbucks they are short of supplies. straws cup holders when you place an order of 8 drinks and they have no cup holders. how am i going to carry them to my car. Need to do better.

10pm closing time does not mean 10pm closing time at this location. I was turned away at 955pm after arriving at the drive thru at 945pm with only two cars head of me. There was no indication of the drive-thru being closed prior to me arriving. What a waste of time if they do not not want to attend customers so close to closing at least put a sign up that the drive-thru is close instead of having customers wait.

First time coming to this Starbucks. Had a great experience. Alexa was our cashier and she was super nice and personable. Don’t get this type of service in many Starbucks, so it really made my evening. The drinks and atmosphere were excellent!

Seems like many people in the comments have never worked in retail. I would be blaming management’s not the employees. If anything i feel bad for the employees. I would apply but i wouldn’t handle all the stress. The store is new and they rushed to have the place open before having enough employees. Raising Cane’s haven’t open from south gate and they been constructing for months… I have seen employees from different location to come to this location to help out. Yes, getting my drinks would take a little long but not to the point that I have to yell at them. I always end up having good barista and they have all been kind to me. Treat them like you want to get treated.
