The staff here is always so warm and welcoming. I travel in the area regularly for work and this is a frequent breakfast/lunch spot for me. This stay Isaac took my order multiple visits. Isaac is very warm and friendly. Great way to start my mornings! My order is almost always on point. The few times it hasn’t been the staff is quick to make things right with a smile on their face.

Very nice location that’s better than a lot here in this lovely small town. The staff is always friendly and kind. However, there is this little lady with a heart of gold and amazing energy. When she called out my name for the oatmeal i ordered, I couldn’t help but laugh. She’s so sweet. Sending hugs to her and everyone there working their buttons off ❤️.

The east side location near the mall is great! I like the comfy couches that they have scattered around the outdoor patio. They have a few comfy couches inside too. I don’t mind the hard wooden chairs most of the time, but once in a while I just feel like relaxing and kicking up my feet.

The worker in the drive thru happily fixed a mistake and remade a drink for me. It was either her or I that misheard what I originally wanted. She had no problem remaking the grande drink into a venti. I usually hate to hold up the line and will take what I am given, but I had a 3 1/2 hour drive home and I needed my venti cold brew with extra cold foam. I’m glad she had a great attitude about it and it was not an inconvenience.

We came through and picked up some drinks and a snack. I felt like the service was better than most Starbucks I go to. The young man taking my order was nice polite and helpful. The woman making our drinks was so very kind. Letting us know she was making them and also wishing us kind words for the rest of our day. Then the manager overheard me talking with my son. I had ordered him the wrong beverage but wasn’t going to say anything. The manager came over chatted with my son and got him the right drink. I was just going to make my son deal but this gesture of service was nice, in almost couldn’t believe the level of customer service in the store. I know it’s store policy to have the right drink but never has the whole working staff in a store been so helpful, upbeat and kind.

Just left this STARBUCKS. A real treat. Food and beverages were fresh and actually made the way they were intended to be enjoyed. Usually something disappoints…Not here…The staff are friendly and full of conversation while actually listening to your order!!!! It was a truly amazing way to break a long road trip on this holiday morning!!!!!

I ordered a simple frozen lemonade in the drive thru. I clearly articulate the drink verbatim from what is listed on the menu. What do i get after the horrible payment interface where they ask for a tip on top of there over inflated $17/hr wage?! Not a frozen lemonade but a regular iced drink. I point this out and instead of apologizing and remaking the order the overweight/over paid rude barista says she will just take it back and blend it…naw i will just drink half fill it back up with water and get a refund if you want to play who can cheat who out of the most than game on.

As always, starbucks is the place to go while traveling. The staff, while not very social, was very kind and quick. The bathrooms and location are always clean, and the drinks are made just like home.
