Very inconvenient location. Vehicles are often blocking traffic waiting in line, or stuck for a while trying to get out. Also for the past few months they close at bizzare times. You’ll go through the hassle to get to the drive through only to see a paper sign that says they closed at 2 etc. Gave 3 stars because the staff is always very friendly and they do always get my order correct.

I got charged twice for the same transaction and didn’t notice until I was 40 minutes away. This is a location I normally don’t visit. I tried calling the phone number on the Google listing and it only says “line busy” before disconnecting. Corporate can’t do anything about a refund. I’ll be happy to change my review once this is fixed.

I always come here and the workers are the sweetest! On my birthday, they gave me a couple cake pops (I was having a bad morning and that just brightened my day). They always make the drinks so yummy (favorite location) and they are so friendly! They always make an effort to talk with you while you are waiting for your order, and provide phenomenal service!

Oh man what a start to the day I had. Ordered two drinks online and was on my merrily way home. Only to step out of my vehicle onto a huge patch of black ice. Ate it real bad spilling both my girlfriends drink and mine. Sulking on the ice now covered in matcha and espresso I stood up and went right back. In which I explained my scenario to the ladies working on this wonderful Thursday I was having.

Spent $6 on a cup of ice. I ordered a hot shaken oat milk brown sugar expresso. They said they didn’t have brown sugar so I substituted vanilla. This cup of ice with coffee grounds and brown sugar tastes like grime. I tried to call and they took the phone off the hook. So disappointed.
