Tried to stop in for a quick drink on the way someplace. We ordered 3 teas and waited over 20 minutes from placing our order. We were going to be late so went to the counter and said we needed to cancel our order because it was taking so long. We got no apology or anything, just an “okay.” This was quite disappointing as we usually have good and quick service at Starbucks.

Came through when it was busy with a long line so my boyfriend and I decided to place our order on the app before we got to the speaker to place the order so they had to do nothing but grab the order… For some reason we were given attitude and told not to do that next time .. not sure how logistically that could slow them down at all because there is literally an option to pick up your order in the drive thru & they were given plenty of time.. we got to the window and got our (1) drink sooo fast! I literally was the quickest car to go thru whoever at the window needa chill even tho it’s busy u still use CUSTOMER SERVICE ur paid to do so srry not srry

Staff is Quick with orders and very friendly. Long lines But fast Service. The place is well organized and well stocked. Everyone seemed happy and worked great together. Plenty of space to enjoy your Drinks and meals, if you choose to stay. Plenty of safe distancing and sanitizer available at counter if needed. Place was Super Clean.. Tables spaced apart for comfort. There is a NICE Area Outside to enjoy the Morning Breeze or Afternoon Sun.

My husband was accused of stealing from tip jar by a male employee 5/15/2023. In fact my husband put change from a 20 dollar bill(we do this every time we visit ,we feel employees work hard and for gratitude)in to white cup and did in fact push money in as to it wouldn’t fall out. We have been going to this Starbucks for years! We are employed and honestly no need to take what isn’t ours. After this shameful experience my husband will not return to this location.

This place has really gone downhill since the renovations. There is little room to sit! Not sure why the removed the larger tables good for studying, now it’s just SUPER tiny tables that don’t fit most laptops. SB used to be an excellent place to study but not anymore. The music is VERY loud, so loud that you can barely hear the person sitting next to you. Also, it takes a lifetime to make drinks! I normally order my drink b4 I leave my house and by the time I get to SB (15 minutes later) its not ready and the staff are just standing around.
