I ordered a venti Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso drink with no ice. For $6.25, this shows you how much ice is put in a venti. At least put more oatmilk in it!! This shows you how Starbucks drinks are a total ripoff. Horrible, not going back!

I was in town for the day, in need of a place to kill time while my daughter was in training for work, and once again, Starbucks did not disappoint. This is a busy, but well managed, well-run location, with friendly staff & awesome customers (not including me). I had gotten my usual, a Venti Salted-Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew, and later wanted an Earl Grey; they counted it as a refill, considering I had been in the establishment for a few hours. That was kind, and something they didn’t need to do, but did anyway. THAT is customer service.

we went when they were having a happy hour so it was packed- the drive thru line was wrapped around the building to the street, there was a crowd of people around the counter waiting for their drinks- we didn’t mobile order but went straight to the cashier who was very peppy and friendly with us. Even tho it was hectic and crazy our order didn’t take too long to receive and I definitely recommend you stop at this Starbucks even if there is a long line.
