I WAS a regular. I work extremely close by and I used to stop in almost daily and spend my money on coffee, breakfast, and tumblers. However, I mostly stopped patronizing Starbucks due to this location. I almost always placed a mobile order of the exact same thing (cold brew w/ sweet cream and a lot of sweetener) and would pick it up on my way into work. On numerous occasions (too many to count on both hands), I would taste my coffee and it would taste stale or clearly lack both the sweet cream and sweetener that I pay extra for when I order. And not a SINGLE time did any of these employees, who did greet me every single time I entered, ever warn me they were out of something when prepping my drink or ask if I’d like a substitute. I can also say it was rare for them to appear to be “out of stock” of my usuals when placing a mobile order, but I am unsure if that is due to any failure on their end.

I ordered a frappuccino and it didn’t meet what I has ordered. I went into the store and the barrista worked with me on getting the taste and thickness correct. They ended up making me 4 drinks to help me know what I should say when ordering. I havebnever had such GREAT SERVICE. I will definitely go back and I will recommend them to anyone.

I’ve always known from others that the coffee is great and high quality but I’m not a coffee drinker but I tried a fruit drink and it was amazing I think I’ve become a fan and the service was fast and accurate especially for how busy they were….keep up the good work

I’m not a fan of Starbucks but this place was pretty well-lit inside with natural light. It seems like about 50 people can fit inside. It’s not a cozy place, it’s more of a sleek, modern, open look. There are always long lines in the drive-thru.

Ordered an Americano. It was extremely hot. I mean at least 200° I don’t even know I can’t even feel my mouth. I reacted in a way where is spelt on my arm and leg. Also hurts from the extreme heat. Why is the Americano so hot?
