The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® from Starbucks was absolutely delicious! I don’t visit very often, but this time was well worth it. I would recommend this beverage to anyone who likes cold drinks, caramel, and a little crunch at the end of sips.

I went to get a coffee for me and my grandma. Her drink is hard so I tried to explain to the teenage girl, but instead of listening to me she started being rude. My grandma is lactose intolerant but she still likes to drink her coffee with a lot of foam but not that much milk. The girl kept on making rude remarks like “well she should switch to almond milk” and other rude remarks about me to her other worker. I tried to be as polite as I could and explain it but all she did was make it hard for me. She also left the Starbucks area and the guy had to make my drink. It was a bad experience that could of been resolved if she wasn’t so rude.

Some breakfast items as well as a few dessert options are served as well.
