Thee worst Starbucks location in the area. I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha through the app went to pick it up through drive-thru and they gave me a Frap full of whipped cream (gross). Spun back around through drive-thru and the employee acted as if she never heard of an Iced White Chocolate Mocha. I asked them if they could re-make my drink with almond milk and they made it with regular milk…straight to the toilet I went smh. I feel horrible and what’s even worse is I didn’t give them attitude or anything. I was very polite and just simply let them know they gave me the wrong drink. I’ve gave them way too many chances, never again. I’ll just stick to my usual Starbucks in Schererville.

Why would anybody rate Starbucks? The drive-through is wrapped around the building. The mobile order apps are through the roof the inside is crowded if you have patience for your order you’re all good.

Just a quick note to employees… shoving a lid that is too small, when these are already terrible Lids, is a disaster waiting to happen. I went to take a drink, and the entire thing went all over me. While I understand it may be an inconvenience to travel to the back to get the correct size lid, it would definitely prove beneficial.
