First time at Starbucks (trying to stay away from sweets). Deaf group will meet monthly there to socialize. Drink was ok at first then just tasted ice! Staff was efficient and nice.

The drive thru tipping behavior is awful. I always leave a tip on large orders. But if I only order a coffee and don’t leave a tip, I get treated poorly by staff. They hold the keypad out for you to add a tip and then they look to see what you hit. Super awkward. Just today the lady looked down at it as said “oookay.” If a tip isn’t optional, just add it to the price. If it is, don’t treat customers that way. I know of people no longer going to this location because of this reason. I’m definitely going to reduce my frequency of visits because of this. The food and drinks are good otherwise.

One of the most beautiful Starbucks in Valparaiso. The interior is so up to date and has lots of comfort spots to relax as well as work. The baristas are extremely polite and there is an instant feel of relaxation and creativity in the air. Located at a higher altitude by the surrounding markets, it has a good view of the area.

This location definitely would have deserved 5 stars before the last 3 weeks. Never have what me or my husband want. And when they do, they make the drink different than before. I’ve asked for extra sweet cream on my drink and it was super dark. Told them at the window right away and I received the same drink and drove off because I had to work. Now I just asked for 6 pumps of classic sugar in my iced coffee and they said it comes with six. I just said oh ok I had no idea since I always order it that way. Got my drink and it’s not sweet whatsoever and not like they’ve made it before. I’m going to assume they have new employees but they have to train them correctly before making drinks.

I hate to say this but I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and I order the same thing every time. This time I knew immediately that it was too light and I said something about there being too much cream in there. The cashier just looked at me and said okay…. The line took 10 minutes just to get through the payment app wasn’t working so I couldn’t redeem my stars. Just an overall bad experience I don’t pay $7 to drink sweet cream. I had to go to the gas station just to buy a black cold brew in order to make it even drinkable

Really stinks because I live so close to this location but they NEVER make my drink right. I ask for cold foam and literally half of the cup is foam and the rest tastes like milk. not cool when you spend $8.00 on a coffee.
