Getting coffee is the first thing start our day , how sad and terrible when I ordered a venti cup just to have more drink but they only fill my drink with full of ice . Recently their new Employees are so unprofessional. I got upset so many times so yesterday i asked them i dont want so much ice . The first picture is what they gave me . Today i got a my drink different location the second picture. This is what we expect when we get a drink it’s supposed to be full but not only see ice or took all the ice out . The employee told me that i need to add more oat milk to have a normal drink this is insane

The individuals working here are very nice but I was disappointed in the drink. There is more ice and foam than liquid. The drink is half empty, and there is a nasty black substance under the lid, and on the rim of the cup so I did not drink it. Not thrilled, but past experiences have been fine.

Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the Summit location. Drinks are consistently incorrect here. If you don’t have a flavor say you’re out and don’t make it anymore. I order the same drink at any location and this one always seems to be forgetting the syrup flavor or the extra shot I paid for.

I believe this is the most roomy Starbucks in the area. They even have a bar counter to sit at and a large outdoor space for the nicer months. It’s bright, with plenty of parking outside. The people here are nice, quick, and informed. Highly recommend this one if you’re in the area!

I’d say 9 times out of 10 when we order a hot latte from this location the cups barely 3/4 full and they load it with foam. I’ve asked them several times to remake drinks. If your charging me for a full cup then fill the cup.

There was a bit of a wait this morning in the drive through, and the gentleman working the window was incredibly apologetic and kind. They offered to remedy the situation and were very professional. Coffee was great, and the staff are clearly working hard and care about their customers.

Refreshers are watery (have had to return various times to be redone) and must be redone. I’m not leaving with $5 worth of red water. Do it right in the first place Don’t find this problem in most other Starbucks.
