So rude!! Placed a mobile order said it was ready still had to wait an additional 20 minutes! Oh top of that my drink wasn’t made correctly. If there’s anything that needs to be worked on in this mall it should be the employees at this Starbucks! Unbelievable!!

I was really surprised at how long the wait was at this Starbucks. I’ve witnessed a lot of the busier ones but this one seemed to have a decent flow of guests filing through. The queue of people waiting for their orders was over 25 at one point. Perhaps they were short handed or extra busy but I felt like it took 15 to 20 minutes for our order. The service was friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve had multiple problems with this store in the past. But today was my turning point. I work in the mall so when I need something to eat I will go here. I just wanted a white hot chocolate. I did mobile order and I ended up getting a burnt regular hot chocolate. I’m so upset. And I cannot even go back because I have a whole store to run.

The workers are very nice and it’s very refreshing when they do the little things that make your day better. The only reason why this is not a 5 star is because during busy hours they will rarely run the second register and the line will grow until you have to wait 20+ minutes. That can be a plus sometimes though, if your work sends you on a starbucks run.

Mobile ordered from this one by accident. Was literally in the exact same mall at a hair salon when I realized this. Called them to ask if they would deliver and was told no. So our drinks will sit there for another couple of hours melting. Sad… it’s way too expensive to not get special treatment once in a while. Over two hours later… However… they did redeem themselves when I did finally make it over there. They re-made my drinks for free without even being asked.

Staffs attitude were terrible. Some staffs were just too busy talking even when there were customers standing in line waiting. Customer asked for water and told to go back to the line to order. WILL NOT RETURN.
