I cannot ever get out of this Starbucks in less than 30 minutes, whether I place a pickup order or order in person, drive thru or inside. It is the SLOWEST Starbucks consistently. They *usually* get the order right but for how overpriced Starbucks is, the 30+ minute wait for a single drink drags that score down as well. Some serious overhaul needs done at this particular Starbucks, I’ve had 20+ visits to this Starbucks in the past 6 months and they are consistently slower than slow, if I have anywhere I need to be in a timely fashion then I cannot go to this Starbucks because they will make me late even if there’s not a single other soul in the place when I walk in. I don’t know how they’re still open, it would take me less time to drive to a Starbucks in another city, place my order, and return home than to go to this one which is right down the street from my house. If gas prices weren’t at an all time high, I would. I can’t recommend this Starbucks less honestly.

This is my local Starbucks and have been coming to this location for years, however if I have the time I will always go to a different location. The service seems to have improved recently, but the one experience I’ll always remember from here is when I went through the drive through a few months ago, only car in line, and I sat at the menu/speaker for a good close to 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I then started saying hello a handful of times trying to get someone’s attention, when I finally got the workers attention it was evident they were hoping I would turn around and not make an order. The drinks/food can be compared to any other Starbucks but the service definitely lacks.

This is my local Starbucks. I don’t normally go inside because each time I have it seemed very rushed, cold and uninviting inside. However, they usually have flavors in stock and the employees are normally very nice! My drinks usually taste good here too! Sometimes the iced lattes are a little warm but overall I’ll keep stopping by!

This location is one of the slowest that I have experienced. Left in plenty of time to stop and get to work. Waited in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes. Ended up being late for work. I will definitely not go there before work because they are not efficient at all. This needs to improve as most people who stop are en route to work in the morning.

I had placed a mobile order at 12:36pm and only had the option of selecting drive thru for our two Frappuccinos. We sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and finally got out drinks and they were completely melted. I don’t understand why Starbucks couldn’t make our drinks fresh. The worse park was that I did not even have the option to cancel my mobile order and get a refund because the app does not allow cancelations. So it was either get a completely melted frap and wait in line for 30 minutes. Or loose out on $12 and just leave the line. Absolutely ruined my day. There needs to be a way to cancel the mobile order or at least have the baristas make the drinks when we tell them we have a mobile order at the drive thru speaker.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the country, honestly. The staff is so rude, I’ll say “thank you, have a nice day” whenever I get my coffee and they don’t say a word back. The manager was so rude as well when they were out of drip coffee. Like how can you be out of coffee and then be rude to me about it when I try to order it? 0/10 on basically every experience I’ve had here. Don’t bother, just go literally anywhere else for coffee

Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew with chocolate cold foam… I received just a chocolate cold foam cold brew so when I asked if I paid for the vanilla cream cold brew she just looked at me dumbfounded. Then went and just added vanilla sweetcream and it tastes disgusting I’m very upset

This was my FIRST & LAST time to Starbucks I’m usually a Dunkin drinker but I wanted to try the new Java mint frappé.. my husband got his coffee my wait was expected but I waited over 10mins, the guy that made my coffee made it very rushed &had a horrible attitude.. I don’t even think they added the coffee in mine but I didn’t want to say anything due to the vibe they all gave off… disappointed for the price
